The Deerfield Community Center is conducted and managed by a Board of Directors.  The Board of Directors consists of seven to twelve members elected for a term of one to two years.  Anyone, excluding DCC paid staff and their immediate family is eligible to serve on the Board of Directors as a full voting member.  An effort is made to add board members involved with the various DCC activities (i.e. Youth Programs, Senior Recreation, Athletics, etc.).

The Board of Directors meets the fourth Monday of every month and hold their annual meeting every December.
